Every order that leaves our warehouse is packed by a person, not a machine. Here is what happens in the ninety minutes between your click and the courier.

Picking

Orders drop onto a picker’s scanner sorted by aisle. Fragile items (candles, ceramics, fragrance) are flagged and picked last so they sit on top.

Packing

We use right-sized boxes cut on demand, which means no air, no filler and less cardboard. Anything breakable is wrapped in recycled paper wool; nothing is wrapped in plastic.

The note

Every parcel gets a handwritten card. It takes twenty seconds and it is the part of the job our team says they like most.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. You get a tracking link by email and by text, and you can change the delivery day right up until the van leaves the depot.
