Shipping & returns
Free shipping over $75, 30-day returns, refunds in three days.

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day. Furniture is delivered by a two-person team on a date you choose; we will call you to arrange it.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that does not work out. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging; fragrance and skincare must be unopened.
- Sign in to your account and choose the order.
- Select the items and the reason — it helps us improve.
- Print the prepaid label, attach it and drop the parcel at any courier point.
Refunds are issued within 3 working days of your return arriving. Exchanges ship straight away.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@marketly.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it — your choice — and cover the return.
